Sanitary Gelcoat

TM72

Iso-NPG type. High luster, high transparency, high hardness, rub resistant, especially water proof. For the artificial marble and agate, health-clean utensil and other water proof FRP products. Spraying or hand lay up.

Fire-retardant Gelcoat

TM48

Isophthalic unsaturated polyester resin (fire retardant). Excellent flame resistance (high oxygen index, low smoke density), mechanical properties, application properties, water resistance. For life boats, train spare parts and other FRP products. Spraying or hand lay up.

Plate Gelcoat

TMP321

Iso-NPG type. For manufacturing big flat laminates such as coach composite sheeting and big table panels etc. Excellent mechanical properties(high flexible strength, impact strength, high elongation), good processing properties(good leveling, no drainage,versatile processing suitability), high glossiness, good weather resistance, high toughness etc. Different varieties and specifications suitable for different processing technology.

Sanding Gelcoat

TM S301/S201

TM S301 is Iso-NPG type polyester gelcoat. TM S201 is Iso type polyester gelcoat. Sanding gelcoat. Good mechanical properties, application properties. Its surface is easy to sand. Stick well with surface paint. For FRP products whose surface should be coated with paint to get a polish effective. Spraying or hand lay up.

Mould Gelcoat

TM82

Mould gelcoat. High hardness, good toughness, corrosion resistant, weather reliability. For mould. Spraying or hand lay up.

TM86

Vinyl ester type. High properties mould gelcoat. High hardness, high luster, impact resistant, weather reliability, rub resistant, good toughness. Used in FRP mould and the manufacture of other FRP products. Spraying or hand lay up.

Topcoat

TM T331/T231/T131

Both iso-NPG and ortho-NPG type. Aim for FRP product surface repairing, chamber internal coating. Such as vessel chamber and vehicle. Good mechanical properties and easy polishing. It could be applied via spraying or hand lay up.
