For hand lay up process:

1. Fiber Glass Products:

Chopped strand mat 300, 450 (Emulsion/Powder)

Stitched combo fabric:

CM1808 ( Biaxial 0.90°fabric 600g+chopped strand 300g, total 900g)

CM2408 ( Biaxial 0.90°fabric 800g+chopped strand 300g, total 1100g)

TVM3408(Triaxial 0/45/-45 fabric 1200g+ chopped strand 300g, total 1500g)

2. Core materials:

PVC foam: 60,80,100,250 g/m3  Surface treatment: Plain, grooved, perforated, with scrim.

PP honeycomb: PP core+ non woven

                          PP core+ non woven+ film

PP honeycomb panel: PP core+ fiber glass

For Vacuum Infusion:
