一）Fiberglass Products:

      1)  Inner  lining  layer:  

FRP horizontal storage tank : 45g/m2 polyester tissue+E-glass chopped strand mat 300g/m2,450g/m2 or 30g/m2 fiberglass tissue+E-glass chopped strand mat 300g/m2,450g/m2

    FRP vertical storage tank :45g/m2 polyester tissue+E-glass stitch bonded mat 300g/m2,450g/m2 or 30g/m2 fiberglass tissue+E-glass stitch bonded mat 300g/m2,450g/m2

2)  enhancement layer : normally E-glass direct roving 2400tex,4800tex,sometimes use 1200tex

3)  end capped : hand lay-up , E-glass woven roving 600g/m2+E-glass chopped strand mat 300g/m2,450g/m2

       4)  flange : hand lay-up , E-glass chopped strand mat 300g/m2,450g/m2

5)  the connection between tank body and end capped : internal,external,E-glass chopped strand mat 300g/m2,450g/m2

二）Resin

1)   inner lining layer : according to the type of solution in tank and the solution working temperature,you can choose suitable Vinylester resin or Unsaturated Polyester resin.

       2)  enhancement layer : normal Unsaturated Polyester winding resin

       3)  External protective layer: normal Unsaturated Polyester winding resin+UV additive
